Sweet & Salty Granola
This is my favorite granola that I’ve been making for years — sweet, salty, nutty, fruity — not boring or cloyingly sweet. It is full of pepitas, sunflower seeds, toasted walnuts, coconut flakes, dried cherries and golden raisins. It’s sweetened with maple syrup and hint of brown sugar and balanced with a sprinkling of flaky sea salt. Personally, I love it stirred into yogurt or eaten by the handful straight out of the jar, but you do you. It comes in a 16oz jar and stays fresh for over a month, although mine is usually long gone before then.
